Following a police stop in Sag Harbor, New York, on Monday night for driving while intoxicated, the singer was taken into custody. According to the document, Justin had left the American Hotel after a get-together with friends, traveling just over a mile before the police pulled him over. Although Justin told the police he had only had one martini, the arresting officers reported that JT had slowed speech, bloodshot or glassy eyes, and a strong alcohol odor on his breath.
