Ice Spice delivered a memorable performance at the 2024 BET Awards on Sunday, June 20, twerking at a makeshift gas station. The Bronx artist, dressed in white lace lingerie, debuted her latest single, "Phat Butt," starting the track in front of a graffiti-covered concrete wall.

Following this, she transitioned into "Think U the Sht (Fart)" after "blowing up" the gas station set, taking shots at an unnamed rival. She rapped, "Think you the sht, bih?/ You not even the fart (Grrah)/ I be goin’ hard (Grrah)/ I’m breakin’ they hearts, like,” and continued with, "Bihes be quick, but I’m quicker (Like)/ Bi**hes be thick, but I’m thicker (Like)/ She could be rich, but I’m richer (Damn)."

Ice Spice released "Phat Butt" on Friday, June 21, as a teaser for her upcoming album, Y2K. The track continues her rivalry theme, accusing an unnamed opponent of "copying" and "biting" her style. With its bass-heavy production, Y2K is set to be a drill album.

In an interview with TODAY.com, Ice Spice shared her excitement for her debut LP. "It’s definitely gonna be a drill album," she revealed. "But I have a lot of different sounding beats that I haven’t really been heard on much, so I’m excited for those more than anything. I really want to know what my fans think about these new-sounding songs."

However, her rivals are not taking her jabs lightly. Latto responded to Ice Spice’s disses in her track "Sunday Service," incorporating lines from "Think U the Sht (Fart)." Latto rapped, "Think I’m the sht? I know it h*e," and filmed the music video in the Bronx, Ice Spice’s home turf, arriving in black Suburbans as she had claimed she would. Latto is also preparing to release an album titled Sugar Honey Iced Tea, allegedly a reference to Ice Spice.
