With all due respect, 50 Cent is known for being a troll, and he never misses a chance to mock his rivals, including Rick Ross. On Saturday, July 6, while performing and celebrating his 49th birthday in Canada, 50 Cent took a jab at Ross. A viral video from his performance, shared on Monday, July 8, shows the rapper making fun of Ross' recent altercation at Vancouver’s Ignite Festival.

“I can’t believe what y’all did to Rick Ross. You f**ked him up,” 50 Cent joked with the crowd, pretending to spot the attacker in the audience. “Who was it, you did it? There he go right there!… Who said Canada was soft? Who said that sh*t?”

In an Instagram video posted on Sunday, July 7, 50 Cent referenced Ross' situation, expressing how much love he receives in Canada. “They fk with me out here. They beat Rick Ross the fk up,” he said. Uncle Murda also appeared in the video, adding, “We’re going to Canada, and we ain’t them other ni**as, you heard.”

Rick Ross recently addressed the attack in a humorous Instagram Story on Thursday, July 4. The "Biggest Bawse" recounted the incident, insisting he wasn’t punched in the face. “Let me tell you something: When the first dude stepped up to Rozay the little short fat one that looked like Bam Bam Bigelow from wrestling I squat down to his eyes and I said, ‘Boy, if I hit you, you gon see everything you ate for the last few days.’

His balls dropped out of his a**, he never said another word, he never did nothing, he was a straight busta. Then the nia behind him said, ‘I KNOW MMAyyyyyye.’ And then I got hit with a drink. I’m still convinced ain’t no nia punch me.”

Ross was attacked at Vancouver’s Ignite Music Festival on Sunday, June 30, after ending his set with Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.” As he left the stage, a group of Drake fans confronted him, leading to a brawl. Video footage shows one of the men striking Ross, prompting his bodyguards and team to intervene.
