Music mogul Jay-Z has been accused of sexual assault alongside Diddy in a newly filed lawsuit. The anonymous plaintiff alleges the incident occurred at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in 2000.

The lawsuit, which originally named only Diddy, was refiled to include Jay-Z. The plaintiff claims she was drugged and assaulted by the two men at a private residence.

Jay-Z vehemently denied the allegations, calling them "blackmail" and urging the plaintiff to file a criminal complaint. "These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one," he stated.

Diddy, who has faced numerous sexual assault allegations in recent years, also denied the claims through his legal team. They expressed confidence that the truth would prevail in court.

This latest allegation adds to the growing controversy surrounding Diddy, who is currently facing multiple lawsuits. A Netflix documentary about these allegations, executive produced by 50 Cent, is currently in development.

Beyonce however has remained mum about the whole situation but fans of Jay-Z's wife, Beyonce, called in the singer to divorce the 55-year-old. Jay-Z's name was added as one of the defendants in a lawsuit on Sunday, which was originally filed in New York back in October 2024. As soon as the news about the lawsuit broke, Beyonce fans expressed their frustration on social media.
