After a three-year hiatus, Nigerian singer Davido released his 'timeless' album, breaking the Spotify Nigerian record.
The released album has 17 songs, and most of them are features. Some songs include Kante featuring fave, Picasso featuring logos olori, no competition featuring asake, unavailable featuring Musa keys and in the garden featuring morravey.
Timeless is Davido's first album since taking a lengthy break from the spotlight. Following the death of his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, and his social media hiatus, fans poured out their affection for the artist in droves.
Timeless is, in many ways, a sonic revival of the "FEM" singer, albeit in a more mature manner. Davido reveals another aspect of his artistry with Timeless, demonstrating his ability to grow as an entertainer.

The album also follows Davido's announcement that he had married lifelong sweetheart Chioma Rowland. He stated during a conversation with actress Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori
“Just being away, you know I have had a lot to think about definitely. Time to rest, reflect on a lot of family time and time to make music again. You know, I remade the album. Before I went on a break I actually had an album ready... I had a tour ready. You know we did the album. I traveled. It was crazy. I’m married. A lot of different things but yeah, we are ready now to get back on the road. The album is out, it’s amazing.” said Davido
