On Monday, April 10, singer Akothee married, and most of those in attendance were celebrities and significant individuals in the country.
Some celebs arrived with their significant others, while others arrived alone, but what stuck out was the clothes they wore to the wedding.
Akothee had specified that her guests should dress elegantly with a touch of gold and avoid wearing white. Here are some of the most fashionable celebs.

The ceremony was attended by the youth president and senator, who wore a pink dress and a matching flower in her hair. She finished the ensemble with white open shoes and dark sunglasses. She held a white purse in her hands.
Nyamu expressed gratitude for the invitation, noting that she is rarely asked to such gatherings.
2. Diana Marua and Bahati
Bahati wore a striped suit and black shoes. On the other hand, Diana wore a gleaming gown with a thigh-high slit. She finished the ensemble with red heels and a red purse.
3. Lilian Muli
Muli wore a long emerald green gown with a brown sash. She was wearing white strapped heels.
4. Ms Janet Mbugua
The former Citizen TV news anchor wore a baby pink jumpsuit with dark sunglasses and brown sneakers.
5. Mwakideu Alex and his wife
Mwakideu wore a velvet maroon coat, a striped shirt, and rugged trousers. His wife, Mariam Mbela, wore a royal blue gown with a gleaming top.
6. Amina Chao, Jalang'o's wife
Before she rode in a chariot, Jalang'o was in charge of driving Akothee to her wedding destination. The Lang'ata MP wore a white Kaftan with a gold accent. His wife, Amina Chao, donned a long orange satin gown with matching headgear. She held a bouquet of green and ivory flowers in her hands.
Others who did not disappoint in the dress code included, Phoina, Wilbroda, Kabi & Milly Wa Jesus, Aziad Nasenya and many more. The only celebrity who received criticism for the dress code was content creator Mungai Eve and YouTuber Milly Chebi.
