Kabi, Milly Wa Jesus' spouse, has been compelled to face allegations that he was paid millions to be a part of Akothee's wedding lineup.

It comes after Milly made public her high-priced rate card for individuals looking to engage her and her husband for weddings.

Kabi stated that KRA had contacted him as a result of this. However, he did mention that Akothee did not pay them because she is a personal friend of theirs.


"I am still recovering from the beautiful wedding of @akotheekenya it was such an honour to be on the lineup alafu nimepigiwa simu na KRA kwa sababu ya rate card ya @millywajesus Just to be clear hii ya Akothe hatukulipwa she's our personal friend tukianza kulipwa lazima tulipe tax," Kabi said.

Milly wa Jesus stunned netizens when she revealed that she charges Kshs360,000 to be a bridesmaid for half a day. She demands a million and kshs 3 million for being the best couple on the wedding day alone. She charges Ksh2 million for a couple of lineups.

Milly will charge Kshs360,000, Kshs1,500,000, and Kshs 125,000 (per day) for the after-party, social media posts, and bridal consultation/shopping.

They were mildly stated that she developed the rates following Akothee's wedding. According to her, several individuals had contacted her to inquire about her availability for their weddings.
