Kenyan musician Bahati has finally spoken out in response to video vixen Brenda Otieno, who alleges she was not compensated for her appearance in Bahati's music video for "Adhiambo."
Otieno resorted to her TikTok platform to voice her frustration, claiming she had been waiting for cash from the Bahati for over a year.
"I'm sick of keeping quiet. Please inform Bahati that I have given him 24 hours to pay me. I will sue him under the law if he does not pay me for my role as a video vixen in the Adhiambo song. He is taking advantage because I am a woman. The video has 22 million views.

He has never paid me on time. I will notify my lawyer if he does not contact me within 24 hours and tells me when he will offer the payment. "I'm not going to resign this time," Brenda stated.
In answer, Bahati appeared uninformed of the matter and needed to indicate whether he would pay her or solve the issue.
In an Instagram post on Friday, the 'Wa Nani' hitmaker praised the popular hit song "Adhiambo" and said it was published a year ago, including singers such as Jaguar and Babu Owino.
He did not directly mention Brenda Otieno's claims or the money issue.
"How are you, Ngoma imefanya Nini?" So many labels? "Adhiambo has 22 million views on YouTube and counting," Bahati stated.
Brenda claims that this is not the first time the Vixen has come out seeking cash for her work on the film.
She claims she was silenced the first time she spoke, but this time she is prepared to sue Bahati if she is not compensated within 24 hours.
