During an interview with Plug TV, Amber Ray had the opportunity to discuss her relationship with Vera Sidika and the perceived competition rumours between them. The socialite said she does not check on any of Vera Sidika's social media pages and is not aware whether she has unblocked her.

When asked about their perceived competition and how Kenyans feel about it, Amber stated that she is focused on living her own life. "Kila mtu anaishi maisha yake, mi naishi maisha yangu maybe Vera anacompete na mimi lakini mimi hapana," said Amber Ray.

Amber Ray clarified that she did not copy Vera in naming her child and further explained that it was a concept she had considered, particularly because she was not prepared when she had her first child.

The conflict between Amber Ray and Vera Sidika has revealed itself time after time through social media.

In the recent past, Vera Sidika disclosed that Amber Ray supposedly coerced Kennedy Rapudo into marrying her as a means to secure a spot on the reality TV show "Real Housewives of Nairobi." In response, Amber Ray retaliated by sharing some intriguing rumours of her own.

Amber Ray claimed that Vera Sidika supposedly encountered eviction from her luxurious Ksh 60 million residence in Kitisuru as a result of unpaid rent. This circumstance reportedly led Vera to swiftly relocate to Mombasa a few years ago. It was during her stay in the coastal town that Vera took the initiative to establish her own beauty salon and ultimately found stability with her current spouse, Brown Mauzo.
