The singer Nyashinski's wife, Zia Bett Nyamari, has discussed her mother's guilt and believes it is essential to strike a balance.

On the Best Kept Secrets Podcast, Zia and podcaster Sharon bonded over their experiences and shared how difficult it is to balance parenting and a profession.

She goes to the gym first thing in the morning before leaving for her other obligations at home. Nandi Girl, as she is known, is participating in the Keto weight loss challenge.

The mother of two described the difficulties of being a wife, mother, and company owner.


"I watched an interview with Shonda Rhimes about women not being able to do it all because when you're working, you feel guilty at home because there's something you're not doing for work," the viewer said. Therefore, most of the time, you are not paying attention to what you are doing, and I believe that only women have mum guilt. I am unsure if males experience anything similar, but they don't experience dad guilt because, according to the Bible, men are good at providing for and protecting others.

She is getting the hang of it.

The key is to be there in every moment; if you are at home, be there and play with your kids, do what you need to do, and be good for them there. "Even now, I'm just thinking, well, I need to pick up my son, but I believe the key is trying to be present in every moment. I'm going to leave Zia and Dalia, by the way; in my thoughts, when you go to work because you are going to work for them anyhow, she chuckles, halting at that point.


The company is known as Dalia by Zia.

She continued by mentioning her baby line. By the way, my baby line is constructed from leftover Zia Africa fabric. I leave this for them when I work on those things in my head because it's still very new. So when I'm at work, that comforts me.

Only Nyashinski has hinted that the couple's second child was born early this year; otherwise, they have never discussed their children.
