Singer Akothee has finally revealed why she was a no-show at her sister's wedding. She explains that she could not go where she was not welcomed.

 The singer's sister, cebbie koks, had a lavish wedding last year, but kenyans quickly noticed that akothee was not present. She has refrained from answering any questions until now. The singer explains that she holds nothing against her sister and released her daughters to have fun at their aunt's wedding.

Akothee goes on to say that her sister hurt her, and all she ever wanted was an apology from her, but it never came. she alleged that when she announced her wedding, her sister went on telling people that akothee was not having a wedding and all she wants was to spoil her special moment. This shocked akothee because they were not marrying the same man, so how was that possible?

That is when she decided to cut ties with her family because they were not getting along. She advised her fans to learn to apologize when they are wrong.

The singer and her husband had a lavish wedding in April that celebrities and politicians in Kenya attended. They are planning to have another wedding in Switzerland later in the year.

Cebbie, on the other hand, was also a no-show at her sister's wedding. In the past few days, she has hinted that she is planning on having a white wedding in the near future.
