Kenyan comedian Timothy Kimani, better known by his stage as Njugush, is ecstatic after landing a new ambassadorial deal that would allow him to grin for the bank.
Njugush has been chosen as the new brand ambassador for LemFi, a service that allows people living abroad to send and receive money back home.
Njugush stated in an interview with Dennis Milimo of Mpasho that the arrangement would be helpful as he begins his world tour for TTNT4.
The comedian outlined the benefits of utilizing LemFi, including 0% transfer fees for all money sent home.

"LemFi (previously Lemonade Finance) told us they have a platform where Kenyans in the UK, Canada, and the United States may send money back home for free before we travel to the UK.
"In the past TTNT, we had individuals who could send us money from outside to buy Links so that viewers could watch the broadcast online. The Diaspora audience frequently asked how they could assist Njugush so that they could contribute money, and we would utilize it to pay for people's tickets for free, according to Njugush.
He continued by saying that thanks to his new contract with LemFi, he can now accept payments from the Diaspora audience whenever they wish to support his work directly to his bank and cell accounts.
"For LemFi, there are no transaction fees since, in the past, when our supporters sent us money, you got paid after the money had already been taken out.
"After that, you should receive your money in two to three minutes at most, either in my bank account or on your mobile device.
It's just that with LemFi, you transmit what is received when you hear the phrase "Zero transaction fees."
The exchange rate for the dollar on the market is precisely what you get when your money is wired to you via LemFi, which is another interesting detail. It also works for us, but it's beneficial for Kenyans living abroad in general and our audience in the diaspora, according to Njugush.
Njugush added that Kenyans would soon be able to send money to their relatives who reside abroad.
According to the LemFi spokeswoman, the App is easy to use and is available for download from the Apple Store and Play Store.
