Otile Brown, a musician from Kenya, has explained his decision to skip Coke Studio season two.
Titled "Confessions", a new album that Otile was promoting, and he used social media to interact with his followers. One fan asked him what he thought about the decision to promote Kenyan artists in Coke Studio Season Two.
The musician said, "Lol, they haven't reached the right price yet," before giving his judgment. Those who want to go may be taken.
"Lol hawaja wai fika bei, ever since … wachukue Hao wanaotaka kuenda."

Only two Kenyan artists Nikita Kering and Khaligraph Jones will be featured in coke studio this season.
Two more musicians, Willy Paul and Scar Mkadinali, have disapproved of the 2023 selections. The two expressed their disagreements in nasty online comments.
Willy Paul questioned the selection process criteria because he is one of the artists that consistently tops the charts.
