When the lift's doors would not open, and it began to move up and down, the gang realized they were trapped within. Due to a bad network, their cell phones stopped functioning, and the only thing they could do was make a difficult call to the building's help desk. The group was shown on camera frantically trying to force open the lift doors by pushing on the buttons.

They eventually had to use their phone torches because the lights went out. However, the doors opened and the lift lights came on after around twenty minutes. As soon as he emerged, Diamond was greeted by his guys, who hugged him in anticipation of his potential harm. The musician advised owners of tall buildings with lifts to make sure that the devices are maintained on a regular basis to prevent injury to the users.
"Today I @fole_x @juma_jux ams some of our colleagues have survived death in the lift. My brothers with tall buildings that use lifts, let us work hard to service our lists to avoid harm to the citizens," Diamond said on Instagram.
