After spending more than Ksh 2.8 million to change himself into a dog, a Japanese guy has finally gone on his first walk in public.
The man known as Toco said he wanted to turn into a dog last year.
"Ever since I was a small child, I wanted to be an animal. I think it is a desire to transform. I've thought about it since I can remember."

He spent two million Yen - which equates to $22,000 - on a lifelike costume to fulfil his lifelong fantasy of 'becoming an animal'.
Toco is seen being led for a stroll with a leash around his neck in a video uploaded to YouTube by the owner of the channel. The human dog behaves like a dog would, sniffing other dogs in the park and rolling around.
The dog lover claimed that to protect himself from judgment from those he knows, he has concealed his identify and human face from the public.
"I don't want my hobbies to be known,' he said, 'especially by the people I work with. They think it's weird that I want to be a dog. For the same reason why I can't show my real face."
His first outing was a great success, and he quickly found some canine pals.
