Tanzanian artist Lavalava has refuted claims of break up with mzungu girlfriend. Lavalava asserted that she had stepped out of the country briefly. The artist has been in a relationship with his mzungu girlfriend for quite some time. However, lately, they haven't been as active on social media or seen together at public events as they used to be. This has led fans to wonder whether their love has faded.

Clearing the rumours, the artist said this, "She went to her home abroad to say hi to her family."

"Recently, I have been busy, so spending time with her has also been difficult, so when she asked if she could go visit her family, we agreed that she should go." He added.

In July this year, he revealed that he and his mzungu lover are expecting their first born.

"My wifey is expectant," he revealed.

"That's what I call her. By the will of God, I will marry her but for now, we are planning to do so."

He also shut down claims that he was dating Kenyan socialite Shakilla after a video of the two in bed went viral. Shakilla said it was not a recent video.

''There's a video circulating online with me and the named person in the video, I would like to let it be known I am as surprised to see the video, as this was taken over 2 years ago whom I have not spoken or seen in over a year''

''I am not going back and forth or answering any questions about this video as I am not responsible for posting or having any engagements with the 3rd party involved.''

Rayvanny's unconventional explanation for his absence at the DRC concert has sparked a divide among his fans. Nevertheless, he concluded by reiterating his love for his DRC fans.
