Airtel Money has reduced its mobile money transaction charges from mobile to banks that will apply to Paybill, bulk payments, and wallet-to-bank.
For example, a customer transferring between Kes 70,001 and Kes 150,000 will pay Kes 30 less at Kes 105 from Kes 135 previously.
The exchange of amounts in the range of Kes 101 to Kes 500 has also been reduced to Kes 4 from Kes 12.
Airtel Money Kenya MD Anne Kinuthia-Otieno noted that the reduction reaffirms the company’s commitment in supporting its customers especially with the prevailing economic challenges.
“Airtel Money will continue providing flexible and personalized solutions while at the same time delivering exceptional services and value for their money.”
