Police in Kayole are investigating an incident in which a 3-year-old boy was electrocuted on Tuesday evening while playing on their family's balcony in the Nyando neighborhood.
According to witnesses, the three-year-old was electrocuted by live wires near their house.
The boy's aunt said she left the child playing on the balcony when she was alerted by screaming children who claimed the boy had fallen off the balcony.
Njiru area DCI boss Simon Waithaka Njiru confirmed the incident, as family members demanded justice, claiming that live wires had been left dangling at the house.
