A family in Migori County is pleading for help in finding a three-year-old boy who disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
George Oloo said that her granddaughter Shantel Kevin went missing on Thursday last week and that they had yet to find her.
He said that Some children playing with the missing infant indicated that an unknown woman departed with her. He stated that they have yet to locate the woman who kidnapped the girl.
He added that the missing girl was saved three years ago after her mother abandoned her near his home when she was only a few days old. He stated that the father and other family members raised the child.
The incident has been reported to the Chamgiwadu police station and the Migori police station.
