Victor Kibet, a former JKUAT graduate who went missing after an alleged abduction on March 18 in Juja, Kiambu County, has been found alive.
Kibet's father, Paul Mutai, received a phone call from his son on Friday, verifying that he was doing well.
The unemployed 23-year-old is claimed to have been taken by unidentified people posing as police officers in an entertainment establishment.
Mutai later reported the incident to the police, who conducted a hunt for Kibet.
Kibet is well-known on social media, where he boasts about his luxurious lifestyle, which includes owning four expensive cars.
Following Kibet's apparent abduction, Mutai denied any knowledge of his son's wealth, stating that he operates a company with his buddies.
