The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has reclaimed a prime public land valued more than Ksh 100 million in Nakuru.
The prime land is just a few meters from the Nakuru Lands Office, also known as Ardhi House.
According to EACC documents, the site was set aside for government offices in 1984 before being taken over by private people in cooperation with the then-lands commissioner.
