MP Farah Maalim has clarified that the video that is circulating on social media was edited. The MP confirmed that it  is only a Somali politician who might have edited the clip because he weighed in on political issues.

I quote his statement from the source, "The video making the rounds has been edited. It's all cutting and pasting—taking a word from here and putting it together. It is Somalis who would basically do that, for other reasons, because I also weighed in on the politics." Farah Maalim confirmed this in a statement today.
