Deputy President has asked Mama Ngina Kenyatta to donate some of her land to Mau Mau survivors.
Gachagua said the Kenyatta family had not helped the Mau Mau fighters for over 60 years, but there is still time to do so.
"I am happy to hear some people saying they are planning on how to help the Mau Mau and even if they have not helped them in over 60 years, it is not late. The Mau Mau and their children are suffering and all we are asking is you help them in meaningful ways," Gachagua said.
"All the land they took that belonged to Mau Mau, they should give even half of it to the Mau Mau and their children, including me. That's all we are asking for."

Gachagua asserted that giving the Mau Mau land is the finest thing Mama Ngina can do now that they purport to be worried about them.
He pointed out that most of the founding family's land is vacant, and some is home to wild animals.
He offered to gather the families of the Mau Mau and their kids for a meeting with them.
The deputy president's comments come a day after Mama Ngina warned against so-called imposter freedom fighters stealing credit for Kenya's independence at the expense of the true warriors who brought it about.
The nation's first lady claimed that the people who battled to free Kenya from the grasp of the colonial overlords had not received the necessary recognition.
