Bishop Pius Muiru Of Maximum Miracle Center has said that he and other spiritual leaders are in solidarity with Pastor Ezekiel, who he says is a clean man. Muiru has clarified that they are against false connections linking Pastor Ezekiel, who does his work in the open, to Paul Mackenzie who does his work in the forest.
Bishop Muiru says he has been with pastor Ezekiel almost every day and is not bitter about anyone but has sent him to tell those praying for him to continue praying for justice not only for him but for anyone whose rights might be violated.
Muiru said Pastor Ezekiel feels that the misinformed person behind what is happening to him might one day come out to apologize.

Bishop Muiru asserted that truth shall be known, and it shall set everyone free. He also added that they trust in the justice of the court.
Pastor Ezekiel Odero, who leads the New Life Church in Kilifi, was arrested on suspicion of being an accomplice to Pastor Paul Mackenzie on Thursday, April 27.
Coast Regional Commissioner John Elungata confirmed the arrest during a press conference and revealed that Odero's church had been closed down.
Elungata further explained that Odero was being held in connection with allegations of fatalities that have reportedly occurred on his property, which the media have widely reported. He added that they had taken action by shutting down Odero's prayer center.
During a recent operation targeting rogue pastors connected to the Shakahola Forest fatalities, 22 suspects believed to be accomplices of Pastor Paul Mackenzie were arrested, according to Coast Regional Commissioner Onyancha. Among the suspects was Pastor Ezekiel Odero of New International Life Church in Kilifi, whose church was subsequently closed.
An online video showed Pastor Odero arriving for questioning in his white Lexus LX570 before being escorted to the police station in Kilifi County. He had earlier recorded a statement at the Kilifi DCI headquarters on April 25.
Reports indicate that the police had visited Milele Funeral Home in Mavueni, Kilifi County, near Pastor Ezekiel's church, to investigate claims of cult activities. Johnson Amani Kea, the CEO of Milele Funeral Home, confirmed that law enforcement authorities had questioned them about the number of corpses received from Pastor Odero's church. The funeral home, however, did not file a complaint with the police but assisted them with their investigations.
