On Wednesday morning, five Cabinet Secretaries will appear before the Senate to answer senators' questions about the Government's plan.
Roads and Transportation CS Kipchumba Murkomen, Education CS Machogu, Home Affairs CS Kindiki, and Public Works, Housing, and Urban Development CS Zacharia Njeru are all set to appear.
Last week, the latter two, together with Mines and Blue Economy CS Salim Mvurya, spoke before the Senate.
CS Murkomen is due to face Tana River Senator Danson Mungatana, who wants to know how many kilometres of asphalt roads Kenya has built since independence.

The Senator further requests that the CS list all Tana River County roads that have been improved to bitumen standards.
The MP also wants Mr Murkomen to elaborate on why the county has been left out of the national Government's development plans and what actions are being taken to change that.
Nominated Senator Veronica Maina will question CS Malonza on the numero of ships that have docked in Kenya since January 2022 and the number that are projected to dock by June 2023.
She is also expected to provide information on the cruise ships due to dock in the country between January 2022 and June 2023 but cancelled their voyage or moved their destination from Kenya, as well as the reasons for the cancellation or change.
The Senator also wants the CS to explain how the ministry markets Kenya as a cruise destination.
Senator Maina also wants CS Machogu to elaborate on the reasoning and implications of Bandari College's separation from the Kenya Airports Authority.
The CS is intended to supply seafarers trained by Bandari College and deployed in local and foreign markets.
It is also required to offer information on Bandari College's sustainability and capabilities to satisfy the Government's pledge to teach 250 seafarers per year.
Tharaka Nithi Senator Mwenda Gataya has asked CS Njeri to explain the delay in demarcation, adjudication, and title issuing to residents of the Ntoroni, Thiiti, and Turima divisions.
The Senator would also like to hear what steps have been taken to accelerate land demarcation and titling in the impacted areas.
The Senator further requests that the CS for Lands advise the House on preparations to enable the safe return of people of Tharaka Nithi County's Machabeni sublocation who were expelled from their land during the 1996-1997 tribal violence.

Senator John Kinyua of Laikipia County is requesting clarification from CS Kindiki on the security situation in Laikipia County and the larger North Rift region and the criteria utilized to choose areas for the ongoing security operation.
He further requests that the CS explain the steps taken to restore calm in the region and details on the recruiting and deployment of National Police Reservists in the area.
The CS is also expected to offer an update on the stolen cattle and the prosecution of jailed bandits since November 2022, as well as if banditry victims are being paid.
The five CSs will also be required to answer further questions from the other MPs.
