Embattled pastor Ezekiel Odero of New Life Prayer Center and Church claims the Communication Authority's decision to suspend his TV station was prejudiced.
While defending his World Evangelism TV, Ezekiel claims he was never given a fair and impartial opportunity to protect the channel against the Communication Authority's allegations.
The preacher contended that he has continuously and assiduously worked to spread God's holy message.
'As a passionate preacher, my never-ending efforts are geared at making the world a better place,' his affidavit states.

"Rather than providing me with the necessary opportunity to present a comprehensive rebuttal," he writes, "the Communication Authority of Kenya has unilaterally resorted to the draconian and inequitable measure of suspending the broadcasting license, an action we maintain is profoundly unjust."
In the affidavit, Ezekiel claims that the Authority's decision to close his TV station without warning or allowing the right to a fair hearing is a clear example of discrimination and significant unfairness.
He says that the ministry always runs the television station to the required standards and has completed the necessary paperwork with the Communication Authority of Kenya.
On Monday, Mombasa High Court Judge Olga Sewe denied Ezekiel's request to reopen the case.
Sewe stated that the Communications Authority should handle the issue and wrote a letter requesting that the station be closed down.
