Police officers in Budalangi, Busia County, have initiated a manhunt for the driver of a lorry that killed four people and critically injured three others days ago at Bulemia Ward in Bunyala West.
According to Bunyala OCPD Isaiah Mose, the driver's whereabouts are unclear because his phone was turned off.
He is appealing to the public to join him in ensuring that the driver is captured and charged with murder. The truck is currently being held at the Port Victoria Police Station.
