A 57-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his 64-year-old brother to death over a land dispute in Bomet County.

According to a police report, the suspect fatally stabbed his brother, Zakayo Kiplangat Ng'etich, with a kitchen knife.

Chepalungu Sub-County Police Commander Phanton Analo confirmed the event and said that a manhunt for the offender is underway.

"We processed the scene and recovered the suspected murder weapon; a kitchen knife," he said.

The deceased's body has already been transported to the Longisa Referral Hospital Mortuary.
