According to Spain's High Council for Sport, more than ten Real Valladolid supporters who racially disparaged the Brazilian forward and Real Madrid Star Vinicius Jr during the game last month will suffer the repercussions (CSD).
La Liga filed a complaint with the local courts after numerous home fans attacked the Brazilian winger on December 30 during Madrid's 2-0 victory at Valladolid.
In response to the incidents, the CSD's Commission Against Violence, Racism, and Xenophobia in Sport declared that it had "initiated proceedings for the suggested penalty of more than 10 supporters."

According to the statement, authorities are gathering data before recommending sanctions, which may include 4,000 euros ($4,300) in fines and a one-year ban from athletic arenas for those found guilty.
The commission held a special meeting on Monday to discuss yet another incident involving the 22-year-old Brazilian.
A fake wearing a Vinicius shirt is clear near Real Madrid's practice field before last week's Copa del Rey quarterfinal matchup against neighbourhood rivals Atletico with the message, "Madrid hates Real."
The CSD claims that police have started investigating the matter to identify those who are part of the racial abuse by analyzing data from traffic cameras and social media posts.
Authorities in Spain started an investigation into racial abuse directed at Vinicius earlier this season based on video evidence of chants referring to him as a monkey before the Madrid derby in September.
The chanting's "unpleasant, inappropriate, and disrespectful" tone didn't stop the prosecutors from concluding that no one could be held accountable after their inquiry.
