Pep Guardiola feels his Manchester City players are ready to take on the chance of winning the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League for the first time.

The English champions won their third league title in three games and will challenge Manchester United in the FA Cup final and Inter Milan in the Champions League final next month.

Only United's 1998/99 squad has won the triple in English football before.

"Everyone is aware of our situation. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," Guardiola stated on Friday.

"Once we get there, you have to relax, enjoy yourself, and do your best, because no one knows if we'll be in that position again."

"They are prepared. I observe numerous things, such as how they come up on days off to make treatments, how long they stay to make treatments, and how players are individually anxious that they might not be able to participate in the FA Cup and Champions League finals.

"When you see that, you don't have to say or do anything."

Guardiola's meticulous attention to detail is frequently cited as crucial to his success.

However, he believes that taking some time off following Sunday's last league game away to Brentford is the ideal preparation for two big plays.

"When I first started, it was 'I need to prepare the final.'" I have a lot of videos to make. "Now it's the complete opposite," remarked the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager, who has won 11 league titles in 14 seasons as a manager.

"We need to unplug. Our physios, medics, and cooks work extremely hard during this time. They do not have any vacation time. They must detach.
