Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has revealed his night routine; some people find it weird.
He says he sleeps with his mouth taped shut as part of an intensive nocturnal regime to keep his treble-winning form.
Haaland has an odd nightly regimen that involves using mouth tape and wearing blue light-blocking glasses for three hours before bed.

The 23-year-old discussed his nighttime habits with YouTuber Logan Paul for his podcast.
"I believe the most important thing in the world is sleep." I think simple things like blue-blocking eyewear and shutting out all the signals in the bedroom are crucial for proper sleep," Haaland added.
"You should try and tape your mouth. I sleep with it. Doing a lot of things is not good but doing small things every single day for a longer period really pays off."
Haaland explained that he taped his mouth to improve breathing via the nostrils, as blue light from electronic gadgets might interfere with sleep.
The Norwegian star's sleep routine is working, as he scored 52 goals in his debut season with City, helping the club win the Champions League, Premier League, and FA Cup.
Last season, he set a Premier League record with 36 goals in a single season. Haaland has previously stated that his diet of cow's heart and liver and a drink made of milk, kale, and spinach contributed to his success.
