Spanish club Getafe signed controversial Manchester united player mason greenwood as his past assault case threatens to sink him.
The Premier League team had suspended Greenwood due to the allegations since January 2022, but in February, the prosecution dismissed all charges, including those for attempted rape and sexual assault.
Getafe announced in a statement that it had achieved an agreement with Manchester United for Mason Greenwood to join them on loan for one season.

The striker's departure from Old Trafford was mutually agreed upon by United and Greenwood last week.
The Red Devils stated in a statement that The move enables Greenwood to begin to rebuild his career away from Manchester United.
Mason and his family will continue to receive assistance from the club throughout this time of change.
The hiring of Greenwood comes amid a sexism controversy involving Luis Rubiales, the suspended president of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).
After forcingly kissing Women's World Cup star Jenny Hermoso on the lips on August 20 in Sydney after Spain won the tournament, the 46-year-old executive was given a 90-day provisional suspension by FIFA.
Rubiales couldn't hold on to his position for "a minute more," according to Getafe president Angel Torres.
