USA, Canada and the united kingdom

Easter is a significant holiday observed over a long weekend in Western nations like the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Families share Easter breakfast and supper; children enjoy an Easter egg quest. The Easter Bunny is a well-known figure, and children frequently receive Easter baskets filled with sweets and small presents. In addition to these profane customs, many attend church services and religious events commemorating Jesus Christ's rising.

Latin America

The Easter holiday is a time of melancholy contemplation and religious dedication in Latin America. Many people participate in processions and march with images of Mary, the Blessed Virgin, and Jesus, the Messiah. In Mexico, the week preceding Easter is affectionately referred to as Holy Week, and grand processions, crucifixion re-enactments, and traditional cuisines such as hot cross buns characterise it. Semana Santa is honoured in Brazil with marches festivals and traditional dishes such as fish stew and rice pudding.

Greece

Easter is observed with tremendous zeal and joy in Greece. A candlelight parade marked Holy Week, and on Easter Sunday, pyrotechnics and fire symbols were ignited to commemorate Jesus Christ's resurrection. Lamb and sweet bread are popular traditional recipes. Easter is honoured in Russia with a celebration that includes traditional dishes like kulich (sweet bread) and paskha. (cheese dessert). Donated eggs are also decorated with vibrant colours and designs.

Ethiopia

Fasika, or Easter, is honoured in Ethiopia with religious rituals and traditional cuisines such as injera (dough bread) and doro wat. (spicy chicken stew). People wear new garments to worship and observe a three-day fast before Easter. Coptic Christians in Egypt celebrate Easter with a week of fasting and devotion, culminating in a joyful parade on Easter Sunday that includes drumming, dancing, and singing.

Newzealand and Australia

Easter is observed in Australia and New Zealand in the springtime with outdoor events such as picnics, barbecues, and camping excursions. The hot cross buns are a famous Easter treat, with many appearing in church events or parades. Chocolate rodent hunting is a tradition in some parts of Australia.
