Software Company, Zoho Corporation, has expanded its presence in Kenya by opening a new office and a state-of-the-art training centre in Westlands, Nairobi to tap the growing market.
India’s software company's new office is currently undergoing renovations and will be ready for operations in April.
Zoho Corporation Country Head of Kenya Veerakumar Natarajan made the announcement on the sidelines of Zoholics Kenya, the company’s annual user conference.
Further, the Country Head noted that the company’s expansion in Kenya will enable them to serve their clients better.
“Zoho is committed to investing in local talent to provide the best possible service to its customers, this also reflects our strategy for business growth and expansion—transnational localism, in which we aim to be locally rooted while being globally connected,” he said.
The training centre in the new office, which has a high-tech video conference facility, can hold up to 40 people at once.
Customers and partners of Zoho will be able to communicate with more than 55 commercial software products through the facility.
The Chennai-based company has seen significant expansion in Kenya over the past year, with a 48 per cent increase in revenue and personnel.
Likewise, its national partner network expanded by 33% in 2022.
Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Workplace, Zoho Desk, and its VAT- and TIMS-compliant applications—Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Inventory are some of the Company's flagship products in the Country.
Since the launch of the Zoho Africa Digital Enabler (ZADE) package last year, local businesses have expressed interest.
