Kenyan Premium Spotify users will now access personalized DJ features.
The feature introduced in the US, Canada, and UK is now available in the country as well as 51 other countries across the globe.
In a statement, Spotify says the new solution seeks to meet the demand for personalized music experiences for users on the platform.
“Personalization is at the heart of what we do at Spotify. The beauty of these experiences is our ability to deliver the right piece of music for that exact moment in time, and maybe even connect you with your next favorite artist in the process.”
DJ is a personalized AI guide that knows you and your music taste so well that it can choose what to play for you.

”This feature, first rolling out in beta, will deliver a curated lineup of music alongside commentary around the tracks and artists we think you’ll like in a stunningly realistic voice,” adds Spotify.
With an obvious soft spot for Kenya, the Swedish-owned streaming juggernaut is currently on a rampage to win over clients and increase its listenership in the area.
It debuted a local playlist called "Gengetone Fire" to attract more Gen-Z viewers and listeners in Kenya.
