Justice Nyakundi dismissed her claim that the deceased forced her into executing the crime with a kitchen knife, stating that the evidence given in court showed that she willfully ended the victim's life.

The judge went on to say that by stabbing the victim in the heart with a knife during the altercation, the defendant intended to end her estranged husband's life.

According to the Judge, the deceased's chances of life were nearly zero after the inmate stabbed him in the heart with a knife on the fateful day during a drinking session at a bar.
