Police in Emali, Makueni County, are searching for a murder suspect who allegedly strangled his lover on Sunday with a towel.

The suspect and victim booked into a hotel in Emali around noon on Sunday claims Assistant Chief of Emali Township Michael Kivondo.

He asserted that the woman was later found dead at the accommodation, missing her male partner. The purported murder's circumstances are still a mystery.


The lady was towel strangled, according to the assistant chief, and her body has been transported to Kilome Nursing Home Mortuary while investigations are ongoing.
