David Oyando, better known by his stage name Mulamwah, a Kenyan comedian, content producer, and radio host, has replied to allegations made by his baby mama, Carrol Muthoni, that he is a deadbeat father to their daughter Keilah.

Mulamwah claimed that it is difficult to help the young girl because his efforts are never recognized.

Mulamwah said on Instagram that his baby mama has been mailing back any support he has offered.

"I try to support but ni hard. Unatuma pesa zinareversiwa ata birthday nimetuma gift ikarudishwa. So inakuwa tricky sana sijui shida iko wapi jameni."

In 2021, Mulamwah and Carol Sonnie ended their relationship in front of everyone. The comedian went on to reveal the specifics of Carol's alleged infidelity with another man on social media.

Early this year, after a significant falling out between the two, Carol accused Mulamwah of neglecting their daughter Keilah.

Last year, on Keilah's first birthday, the comedian sent a social media message expressing his love for his daughter and wishing her the best of health as she grows up.

"HBD rainbow baby kalamwah. Baraka tele. TO MANY MORE YEARS OF GROWTH & GOOD HEALTH. We will one day meet and talk once you have a brain of your own. Asante lakini mama k kwa kumlea vizuri, just make it easier to co-parent akae fiti – let’s not have happy pictures online with sad realities."

He continued by warning them against using their infant as bait to attract followers and deceptive social media users.

Keilah turned two recently, but Mulamwah did not post anything on social media to mark the occasion.

He also made mention of having a child with his close friend Ruth K. In response to the news, Carol Sonie jokingly implied Mulamwah would soon become a parent in her statement.

She made a lighthearted allusion to their previous arguments over whether Keilah is Mulamwah's child when she implied that Mulamwah might become a father in her statement.

"Keilah is not my kid wamepata mtoto," Carol Sonie wrote.

Carol had previously told Kioko that she didn't want to talk to Mulamwah about their co-parenting arrangements because they were past that stage.
