Kush Tracey, a motivational speaker and rapper from Kenya, urges people to adopt a different perspective on body count.

The talk show host and artist criticized those who boasted about their body count in a lengthy Instagram video, branding them as shallow and uncultured.

According to Tracey, those who share beds with others in an attempt to feel as though they have "conquered" a task or something similar need to reflect deeply on their nature.

"Body count is the lamest brag you can have as a human being, in all honesty, it is so stupid!" the artist stated.

Kush Tracey continued by expressing kindness to those who feel self-conscious or have been shamed because of their body count, emphasizing that having a large body does not diminish one's worth or make one less than others.

"Anyone who goes around clapping and cheering themselves on because they have smashed a couple of people and feel that validates them and makes them more of a man or woman and empowered like it validates them and all that is so lame.

I think that is the lamest brag, "Kush said in the Instagram video.

She concluded by urging men who defame women because they reject them or because things don't work out to mature and find better ways to spend their time and lives in general.

They are exposing such dishonest and incredibly shallow individuals.

They are exposing such dishonest and incredibly shallow individuals.

"Because I have heard of stories of men who tarnish women's names because they slept with them, and since it did not work out, it becomes a whole different story.

I am here to say this: just because you slept with someone, it does not devalue them. Because at their point of weakness, they had intercourse with you or just because they got it on with you, this does not make them less than,

Bragging about body count is honestly the lamest brag you can have as a human, like seriously, finding yourself some integrity. That is nothing to brag about," the gospel artist said without mincing her words.

The artist, who also works as a motivational speaker and content creator, asserted that she has no regard for anyone who boasts about how many people they have slept with because it is, to put it mildly, crass.
