Sean Kingston will face a number of charges in his fraud case when he returns to Florida. According to police, he and his mother amassed nearly a million dollars worth of merchandise without making any payments.

According to the Broward County arrest warrant, the singer is facing ten charges in total regarding the raid that Sheriff's deputies carried out last week. The most serious charge is an alleged organized scheme to defraud multiple companies.

The authorities allege that Sean and his mother, Janice Turner, orchestrated a series of fraudulent activities. They are accused of defrauding a jeweler, an exotic car dealer, and several other companies, with the total amount exceeding six figures. For instance, the car dealer claims that the jewelry was valued at $480K, while the Cadillac Escalade was appraised at only $159,701.49, indicating a significant discrepancy.

Sean is also charged with grand theft for stealing a custom bed that cost $86,568.33.

The remaining charges are all associated with writing bogus checks and bank fraud. Janice is accused of eight different offenses.

Adding to his legal woes, Sean is also charged with violating his probation, a serious offense considering his previous conviction for dealing in stolen goods. This violation is expected to be a key factor in his upcoming court appearance on Tuesday in San Bernardino for his extradition hearing, before he is returned to Florida.

Since his arrest on Thursday, he has been detained without being granted bail.
