In a recent interview, Naomi Campbell revealed details about her path to motherhood, including the fact that both of her children were born through surrogacy.

The 50-year-old supermodel, a mother of two, confirmed, in an interview with The Sunday Times, that she welcomed both of her children via surrogacy by stating, "I did."

Campbell talked about the effects of becoming a mother on her despite maintaining strict privacy about the whereabouts of her two children—a girl and a boy—since their announcement in 2021 and 2023.

'My children are my world. They have made me more aware of the future,' Campbell shared with the outlet. 'I yearn for a brighter world for them. They are my absolute priority. I will be there for them on their first day of school.'

Despite starting her career at a very young age, Campbell said of her own kids, "I'm not sure I would let her start working at 15. It's a ruthless world."

Naomi Campbell, with a radiant smile, expressed her joy at being a strong and independent 'single mother', offering a beacon of hope to other 'young women' who may be uncertain about starting a family.

"I told you that you would change your mind. "You'll want to become a mother," she said. "I recognize that things are difficult financially. But my mother made it work with what she had. It's worthwhile. It truly is incredible."

In 2021, Campbell gave birth to her first child, a daughter, and in 2023, she declared the birth of her second child, a son.

During a 2022 interview, she stated to British Vogue that she "always knew that one day I would be a mother."

"It's the biggest joy I could ever imagine," she said. "It's the best thing I've ever done."
