At his Juneteenth show, The Pop Out: Ken & Friends, Kendrick Lamar made history by performing his Drake-eviscerating hit song "Not Like Us" for the first time in a moment that could go down in rap history less than two weeks had passed since the show's announcement, which took place at Los Angeles' Kia Forum. Amazon Music streamed it live on Twitch.

Kendrick played the song five times, delivering an even more intense performance. "You guys aren't going to allow anyone to belittle the West Coast, are you?" In the first edition, Kendrick Lamar asked after holding out the frequently repeated "A Minor" lyric, which is a double entendre meant to make fun of Drake as Lamar accuses him of being inappropriately sexual with young girls.

For the second performance of 'Not Like Us ', Kendrick Lamar took a backseat and let the audience take the lead. The third rendition was a full-blown spectacle, with fiery pyrotechnics, energetic dancers, and a resounding chant of 'O-V-Ho '. When the crowd demanded a fourth performance, the night's performers and celebrities, including Russell Westbrook of the Clippers, YG, Steve Lacy, Roddy Ricch, and ScHoolboy Q, enthusiastically joined in. 

Kendrick performed a fifth time, rapping, dancing, and dapping over dozens of people on stage.


Kendrick Lamar's opening set was a powerful statement. He began with his first solo Drake diss in this spring's beef, 'Euphoria ', surrounded by red lights, falling fireworks, and smoke.

He then performed his 'Like That' verse that sparked the beef. His set also included his popular tracks 'DNA ','Alright ', and 'King Kunta '. Throughout the show, Kendrick was accompanied by his former Top Dawg Entertainment label mates Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, and ScHoolboy Q, adding to the camaraderie and energy of the performance.
