Drake isn't feeling very good about summer right now, and things didn't get any better on Monday when he lost a huge $500k wager following Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final!

Rapper from Toronto bet $500,000 on the Edmonton Oilers to win the nation's first Stanley Cup since the Montreal Canadians did so in 1993 when they play the Florida Panthers. Sadly, Drake and our friends in the north will have to wait longer.

Drake received a loss in game seven as the Panthers prevailed 2-1 in the end.

The original $500K as well as $1,025,000 would have been paid out if the wager had won.

Drake has recently lost more bets than this one. In addition, he bet $500,000 on the Dallas Mavericks to defeat the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals. That wager was also lost.

All together ... that's a million dollars worth of betting losses -- not an easy pill to swallow, even for a super-wealthy guy like AG.


Unfortunately, the superstar performer has seemingly found himself in the middle of a cold streak. Prior to the Oilers and Mavs bets, he wagered $565,000 on Tyson Fury to defeat Oleksandr Usyk. Usyk won by split decision.

The Blue Jays play the Red Sox this afternoon, Drake ... go get 'em!
