According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Murphy Aficionado claims an incident occurred in November 2022 at a Beverly Hills hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel room, Aficionado says he found Kanye shirtless with his pants unbuttoned, while Bianca was topless, barely covering herself. He alleges it was clear they had just engaged in sexual activity.
During the encounter, Kanye allegedly referred to a lawyer as a "Jewish spy" before leaving abruptly to rejoin Bianca. Moments later, Aficionado claims he could hear loud moaning and clapping from the bedroom, suggesting they were intimate again.
The suit also details another alleged incident where Kanye emerged wearing a T-shirt with a swastika, asking Aficionado, "Don't you like my shirt?" Aficionado also claims Kanye showed him nude photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, during their conversation.
In another instance that same week, Aficionado says he was summoned to another hotel meeting.
This time, he alleges Kanye and a well-known NFL player were wearing only towels while preparing for massages. He claims he was instructed to wait as Kanye went into the bedroom, where he again heard moaning and clapping, implying sexual activity. When Kanye left, the NFL player reportedly entered the bedroom, followed by similar sounds.
Aficionado, who says he was fired last year, is suing Kanye for discrimination, creating a hostile work environment, retaliation, and unpaid wages. The lawsuit was filed by attorney William Reed on Thursday.
