Emmy Kosgei’s hubby, Apostle Anselm Madubuko, has made a startling revelation about his past involvement in Freemasonry and cult activities before embracing Christianity. The Nigerian preacher, who is well known for his dynamic ministry, shared that before his transformation, he was deeply entangled in secret societies that had a strong grip on his life.

Madubuko recounted how his journey into Freemasonry and other occult practices began, revealing that promises of power, influence, and success drew him in. However, he later realized the spiritual dangers associated with these practices and made the life-changing decision to turn to Christ.

Since then, the apostle has dedicated his life to spreading the gospel, warning others about the deception of such secret societies. His testimony serves as an inspiration to many, showcasing the transformative power of faith and redemption.

In a recent interview, Madubuko shared details of his dark past, admitting that he was once deeply engaged in occult practices. He recounted his early years as a popular nightclub DJ and radio host in Enugu, Nigeria, where his fame was widespread. However, that prominence ultimately led him down a perilous path.

At the age of 21, Madubuko was initiated into Freemasonry. By 24, he had risen to the rank of Master Mason. His involvement did not stop there. During his university years, he also became a leader in a feared confraternity known as the Pirates.

“I was so bad that even Christian Union members feared to preach to me. Everyone believed I was doomed,” he admitted.

Despite experiencing wealth, fame, and pleasure, he felt an unshakable emptiness. Drugs, alcohol, and relationships failed to fill the void. It was an unexpected encounter with a young Christian that changed his life.

Hearing about God’s love for the first time, he embraced Christianity at 25. “You can’t leave the cult without Christ; you will die,” he said, recalling his escape from that world.

Madubuko’s transformation highlights the power of faith and redemption. His story serves as a warning about the dangers of occult involvement and a testament to the life-changing impact of spiritual renewal.
