If you frequently use social media, you might have noticed that the contentious gospel musician Ringtone Apoko has been surprisingly quiet lately.

His whereabouts and actions have left many guessing.

The talented musician explained his recent low profile in an exclusive chat with Nairobi News.

Ringtone explained that he chose to take on other commitments because he thought the platform was too crowded.

"At another event, I was invited to coach students. I could have had competent artists represent me at State House. But I have a project coming up that will interest the president and result in a visit to the White House," he said.

Additionally, the gospel performer revealed that he had already spoken with President Ruto on the phone and conveyed his desire to meet with him to discuss issues affecting the music business.

"I am enjoying this time of calm and avoiding unnecessary conflict. My brand will keep shining. My reputation precedes me, and no one will ever forget me. Additionally, I am a viable alternative that is incontestable," Ringtone asserted.

The flamboyant musician had earlier declared that he would soon say "I do" to a mysterious woman in what he characterized as a lavish wedding ceremony.
