A content creator and influencer, Natalie Tewa, discussed how and when she made her first million dollars during a Q&A session she hosted on her Youtube channel.
She admitted that she attended the University of Leeds to study architectural engineering.
After working in project management and construction for two and a half years, she left her position to pursue a career as a content developer.
She claims she just realized that doing a 9 to 5 job didn't offer her much joy and that being confined to a specific task and location every day was exhausting.

I started creating content, and after six months, I understood that this was what I wanted to do because I was only getting paid to go to events and post about them.
Even though she claims to have made her first million at 25 or 26, she claims she always believed that working a 9 to 5 job would make her wealthy.
Natalie recalls one of her earliest influencing assignments, where she received Sh80,000 for six hours of attendance at an event and just four posts about it.
She claims that at this point, she understood she was in the proper place because being a content producer also allows one to travel, create one's schedule, and proceed at one's own pace.
She cherishes this because, growing up, she always performed well when left in circumstances where she was free to do everything independently.
According to her, this was one of the most significant decisions and moments of her life.
She compared this change in professions to when she changed schools from Precious Blood Riruta to Makini School, when she also discovered that the learning environment was very dissimilar from Makini.
