The self-proclaimed king of comedy in africa, Eric Omondi, offered powerful prayers for members of parliament, claiming they have lost focus.
In the video, Eric is standing next to a replica of the Kenyan parliament and is praying for the members of parliament and parliamentarians because they have forgotten the people that elected them into power.
The comedian is asking God to remind the politicians that kenyans are suffering from extreme poverty and lacking basic necessities. The comedian went on to ask God to deliver Kenyan politicians from their corrupt ways and sexual immorality that they are engaging in.
The prayers took a turn when Eric asked god to destroy members of parliament if they continue being proud and refuse to serve the people that elected them into power.

In his prayers, Eric asked God to strike the parliamentarians if they pass the finance bill 2023 because it will hurt kenyans who are already suffering.
Eric Omondi is not new to controversy. Last week he made headlines when he was spotted in the united kingdom's streets begging for money to buy unga when he gets back home.
In the viral video, Eric is seen sitting on the pavement, and passers-by donated money to him. He has managed to raise over ksh 340000.
Eric left for the UK last week to prove a point to the trade CS Moses Kuria who lashed out at omondi for opposing the finance bill 2023. Kuria alleged that he had used his money to take Eric to the USA to experience new cultures and wished he had spent his money throwing a lavish party.
While embracing his new role as an activist, Eric Omondi distinguished between content creation, music, and comedy. He stressed that his lobbying efforts are geared toward youthful content creators rather than established musicians and comedians such as Bahati, Khaligraph, Churchill, Willy Paul, Wyre, Sauti Sol, Akothee, and Obinna.
