Advocate Kennedy Rapudo has finally addressed the issues surrounding his son's custody battle and the drama with his baby mama.

During a sit-down interview with content creator Mungai Eve, rapudo opened up about the drama surrounding his life and his new wife, Amber Ray. he denied being a deadbeat father, saying that he has always been in his son's life.

During the interview, Rapudo revealed that his baby mama might not be happy that he has moved on and is happy in his new relationship.

"Probably, I moved on and am currently married and happy. So, there are people who maybe they've not moved on, and it is sort of paining them." said Rapudo

"But what do I have to do with that? At the end of the day, I don't care about how you feel, and you shouldn't even care about how I feel because what matters is our son," he said.

He clarified that he was supposed to have his son on his birthday, but the mother refused to give him access., leaving him stranded on the balcony of his house with all the birthday decorations.

"When the hearing was done they gave out a verdict that I was to have custody. On the said date I went to his school bought him a gift, surprised him gifts. The mother showed up 40 minutes later. That weekend was mine. I hired him a driver. I also told him to bring him to my premises, the mother is aware," he said

"The mother told him she couldn't release him yet coz it was his birthday the next day. That's what the driver told me.

So she denied me once again, and we had paid for the birthday set up kila kitu. I had even invited some of his other friends. And I sent a driver, and she refused, why? So I was really heartbroken." he lamented.

About not being able to pay the kshs 30000 child support for his son, rapudo said that he was very capable of doing that and that he caters to all his son's needs, adding g that he bought a vehicle to take him to school because the mother lived far from the preferred school.

"The car was around Sh830k and a driver as well. I'm paying him a salary," he added about fulfilling his end of the court decree. "My lawyer told me it is unfair to pay sh30k yet she is working. He was of the opinion I should be paying sh10k."
