A 27-year-old teacher accused of sodomizing a 14-year-old boy in Suna Rabuor Location, Suna East sub-county Migori County, has been arrested.
Area chief Philip Kisiagro said the boy was found at the teacher's home by his father, who was looking for him after he went missing.
The 14-year-old pupil admitted that the teacher had sodomized him ten times after the father questioned why he was limping.
According to the chief, the medical report from the hospital established that the boy sustained injuries as a result.
The area chief said the teacher has been claiming that the boy has been helping him to weed his farm yet their investigation has established that he has been using this as a cover-up so that the parents of the body and the general public do not suspect him.

Mr Kisiagro noted that the teacher was arrested in school and handed over to the Migori police station pending further investigation and arraignment.
He added that such acts cannot be tolerated and asked parents to be careful with rogue teachers.
